My client is an international law firm and they are looking to recruit a Paralegal to join their Motor department in Birmingham team. What separates this role to others on the market is the opportunity for progress. My client wants you to qualify as a solicitor and after 1 year within the role you will have your SQE funded and thorough training to make sure you are passing first time. Your caseload will consist of around 60 litigated RTA files, you will also be assisting Partners and senior fee earners with their high value, complex files. This team and Partners are highly ranked in the Legal 500, so you will be working on high quality work. The ideal candidate will need a minimum of 12 months RTA experience, either managing your own caseload or assisting. Salary will be £32,000 DOE as well as a generous bonus scheme, flexible and hybrid working is also offered.
