The preparation of bills for detailed assessment by the Court/Arbitration Tribunal and schedules of costs for negotiation.
Preparation of accurate schedules for summary assessment
Preparation of detailed costs estimates for budgeting , security and specific issues
Attending assessment hearings, support/ challenge cost claims
Dealing with opponent's costs – review claims, preparation of Points of Dispute.
Dealing with Solicitor/Client disputes
Provision of general advice on costs case law and procedure.
