A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to join a multi-national law firm as the Head of Department, and as such this role would be very much a 'step up' from a regular Paralegal position. This is a permanent, full-time position based in either the Birmingham or Manchester office.

In this role, the successful candidate will manage a team of paralegals on delivery of work to both Lawyers and external clients. This will include day to day supervision, training and development and management of direct reports.

This lucrative role would be performed on a hybrid basis, with 3 days a week in the office. Although excellent academics are always welcome, the key factor in this role is relevant experience due to the Seniority and responsibility of the position. A such, only the very best candidates with c.3-5 years of solid Corporate/M&A experience at a well-known law firm(s) can be considered. Commercial experience is also welcome, but only in conjunction with Corporate/M&A work.
