We’re looking for a proactive and organised Corporate Legal PA to join a leading law firm in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to work within a dynamic team while benefiting from a hybrid working arrangement.
In this role, you will provide support to Partners and Legal Advisors across two offices, managing diaries, emails, document production, billing, travel arrangements, and client communication. You will also assist with compliance tasks and general administrative duties.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need previous experience in a similar role, ideally within Corporate or a professional services firm, alongside strong document production, organisational, and communication skills. The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage pressure is key.
