My client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Architect to join their award-winning, RIBA-chartered practice in Birmingham. Renowned for delivering exceptional designs and fostering long-term client relationships, the practice provides services across all RIBA stages, specialising in Healthcare, Leisure, and Residential projects.

The ideal Senior Architect will have significant experience running healthcare projects and delivering high-quality designs. You should be ARB registered and demonstrate exceptional technical skills, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology
  • CIAT accredited, or working towards accreditation
  • Healthcare experience is essential
  • Assist in completing technical drawings
  • Confident running projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with the team to produce Revit models
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations
  • Conduct site surveys and contribute to feasibility studies
  • Previous experience working on commercial projects
  • Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
  • Must live within a commutable distance of Birmingham
