The university serves approximately 4,000 non-residential students across various programmes, including Certificates of Higher Education, Honours degrees, Masters, and Doctoral programmes. Our students benefit from a continuous learning and teaching cycle, with classes often held on weekends.

  • Flexible Work Schedule: You will work 3 days a week, with days to be agreed upon with the successful candidate.
  • Weekend Rota: Approximately 1 in 3 weekends during term time, providing a 7-day week cover through a blend of remote and on-site working, including home working where appropriate (weekend work is on-site).

About You: To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • A good standard of digital skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • An understanding of and experience in developing information and digital literacy, academic skills, study skills, research skills, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of contemporary digital and information literacy developments or a willingness to develop this.
  • Recent experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating teaching.
  • Experience in digital learning design or delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to self-manage.
