You'll be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining our cutting-edge electronic fuel management systems, fuel pumps, and associated equipment at customers' sites nationwide.
A minimum qualification of a Level 3 NVQ in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment is required. Additional training and support will be given but knowledge of the industry would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, servicing, maintaining, calibrating, and upgrading fuel management systems, fuel pumps, and associated equipment at customers' sites.
- Providing technical advice to customers and distributors, ensuring exceptional service both face-to-face and by telephone.
- Keeping detailed records of installations, service visits, work undertaken, and parts/stock used.
- Conducting site surveys as required.
- Assisting with the manufacturing of fuel management systems, fuel pumps, and associated equipment.
Requirements:
- A minimum qualification of a Level 3 NVQ in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (or equivalent) is required.
- Ability to adapt to a busy and demanding installation and service environment.
- Physically capable of attending customers' sites on a nationwide basis.
- Willingness to learn and apply electrical, mechanical, and technical principles relevant to our products.
- Clean driving license and willingness to work away from home occasionally.
- Availability for overtime and flexibility to occasionally work out of core hours.
Package:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week) with overtime opportunities.
- 25 days holiday, plus statutory public holidays.
- Competitive salary: 35,000 to 36,000 pa, depending on experience and qualifications, plus overtime. We may negotiate on this salary for an exceptional candidate.
