Portfolio Procurement has been engaged to recruit an experienced Demand & Supply Planner for a leading FMCG client. This role is fully remote role and comes with great benefits including Bonus, Good Pension, Healthcare and much more.

The Role:

  • Manage demand forecasts based on trends, seasonality, and promotions
  • Lead collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment meetings
  • Achieve forecast accuracy, inventory, service level, and customer in-stock % targets.
  • Communicate material shortages and delays to appropriate customer contacts.
  • Manage inventory levels by SKU and DC
  • Manage schedules
  • Attend S&OP meetings

Experience/Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, sum-ifs, conditional formatting, lookups).
  • Strong problem-solving skill.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to present ideas in an easy-to-understand engaging manner.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
  • Degree/APICS (desirable)
