Description
- Oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance and safety
- Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies
- Manage and lead a team of fleet coordinators
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection
- Comply with regulations and laws in retail and transportation
- Monitor and manage fleet expenses
- Handle any fleet-related incidents or emergencies
Profile
A successful Fleet Manager should have:
- Proven experience in fleet management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of fleet systems and procedures
- CPC qualified with the ability to be on a businesses Operator Licence
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
