Our client, a renowned firm based in the Midlands, is seeking a talented Operation Team Leader to oversee their dynamic team. As an Operations Team Leader you will be at the heart of this exciting phase, playing a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of scheduling activities across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include leading a talented team, developing and refining scheduling processes, and driving performance improvements. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all scheduling needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Location: Birmingham

Monday to Friday, full time (Permanent)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead a Dedicated Team: Oversee and manage a team of scheduling professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Innovate and Improve: Develop and implement new scheduling processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyse and Optimize: Monitor scheduling metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly.
  • Mentor and Develop: Train and mentor team members, helping them to grow and excel in their roles.
  • Report and Present: Prepare and present regular reports on scheduling performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
