Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager required to join a Global manufacturer of waste & recycling equipment systems, including conveyors, processing equipment, separation equipment, and balers.

The successful Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will be home based and required to cover UK wide, with regular travel throughout the UK.

The successful Sales Manager must have proven experience selling into recycling and waste industries, with product knowledge of conveyors, processing equipment and separation equipment.



Package:

Up to £60,000

Role:

Identify and secure new clients in the recycling and waste management sector

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling or system upgrades

Selling systems including conveyors, processing equipment and separation equipment

Leverage in-depth knowledge of the waste sector to develop tailored solutions that address client challenges and regulatory requirements

Demonstrate a detailed understanding of recycling equipment and turnkey solutions on offer

Regular travel to client sites, industry events, and trade shows within the UK and Europe



Requirements:

Experience as a Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager or similar

Proven experience selling into the waste / recycling industry preferably having sold conveyors, processing equipment and separation equipment

Familiarity with recycling equipment, material recovery stems or related technologies is essential

Engineering qualification would be advantageous

Willingness to cover UK wide
