Our client are a leading property investment company who have a corporate regional office based in central Birmingham
Incoming Post:
Collect post from Post Room or Reception on daily basis
Sorting post (understanding different clients names)
- Opening post
- Dates stamping
- Pile separation / separator (invoices and rates only)
- Scanning (use photocopier or desktop scanner)
- OA teams & property sheet: Estate Management: Team excel sheets /naming/ property pins
- If a High Priority/Special Delivery/ Recorded Delivery/Summons - specify in the email and mark as high importance
- All scanned post to be saved in relevant folder in date order and tracked on the shared excel
Outgoing post:
- Letters / parcels need to be taken to the post office (we have a pre loaded card for this)
Other:
- Shredding documents which are overdue
Full training can be provided for the right candidate - Hours of work are 10.00am - 3.00pm
