On-Target Earnings: £65,000 + Quarterly Bonus
Shifts: 4 on 4 off Rotation (Days and Nights)

Available Roles:

1. Mechanical Engineer

  • Role Overview: Focus on the diagnostics of hydraulics, pneumatics, drive chain fault finding, and bearing fitting/alignment.
  • Qualifications: Minimum level 3 in Mechanical Engineering. HNC or HND qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Desirable Skills: Apprentice training, experience in heavy industry manufacturing, and knowledge of cutting & grinding regulations.

2. Electrical Engineer

  • Role Overview: Handle electrical control systems and ensure compliance with EHS processes.
  • Qualifications: Minimum level 3 in Electrical Engineering. HNC or HND qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with arc & mig welding/basic fabrication and electrical diagnostics.

3. Production/Maintenance Engineer

  • Role Overview: Specialize in the maintenance and efficiency of unique Unique machinery.
  • Qualifications: Minimum level 3 in an Engineering discipline. HNC or HND qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Desirable Skills: Specialist training in Unique machinery, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and physically fit to handle the demands of the job.

  • Experience: Hands-on experience in relevant engineering fields.
  • Skills: Excellent communication (both written and verbal), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and physically fit to handle the demands of the job.
