Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine machinery maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Set up and manage the PPM schedule
Experience with 6 axis robots
Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
Implement preventative maintenance measures to avoid future breakdowns.
Collaborate with the engineering team on complex machinery issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Document and report any issues or repairs needed.
Comply with all safety and health regulations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes.

Profile

A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:

Multiskilled with Electrical qualifications / Electronics experience
Experience with 6 axis robots
Ability to clearly communicate actions and outcomes
Diversity to engage in all levels of site maintenance
Knowledge and experience with industrial machinery and equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Good understanding of health and safety regulations within the industrial/manufacturing industry
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
