Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine machinery maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Set up and manage the PPM schedule
- Experience with 6 axis robots
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
- Implement preventative maintenance measures to avoid future breakdowns.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on complex machinery issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Document and report any issues or repairs needed.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
Profile
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
- Multiskilled with Electrical qualifications / Electronics experience
- Experience with 6 axis robots
- Ability to clearly communicate actions and outcomes
- Diversity to engage in all levels of site maintenance
- Knowledge and experience with industrial machinery and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations within the industrial/manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
