Birmingham - Commutable from Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Coventry, Cannock, Telford, Worcester and surrounding areas

In this role you will be playing a key part in implement the manufacturing processes and efficiency, design, troubleshoot, and optimise production machinery, train production staff on new processes, schedule production activities and conduct audits and inspections.

The ideal candidate will have previous Production / Manufacturing Engineering experience, have expereince using a CAD software, hold an Engineering-related degree, continuous improvement and operational efficiency expereince.

The Role:

The Person:

  • Degree within an Engineering discipline (or an engineering related discipline)
  • Manufacturing / Production Engineering background
  • Ability to analyse data and performance
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Recent Engineering graduates are also encouraged to apply
