Site Services Engineer- Passive Fire FacadesOur client, a leading manufacturer of passive fire facades and protection products, is seeking a dedicated Site Services Engineer to oversee and coordinate site activities across the Midlands and West Region. As a Site Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of site surveys, inspections, and customer training, all while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- As a Site Services Engineer, conduct site surveys and inspections using a reporting app.
- Provide comprehensive on-site customer training on passive fire facades and protection systems.
- Coordinate work scheduling with the Site Services Supervisor and Coordinator to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to manage site-related activities and deliver successful outcomes.
- Oversee project data management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and customer training sessions.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Site Services Engineer or in a similar role managing passive fire facades is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train and manage clients on-site.
- Familiarity with site survey and inspection processes (training on site audit software will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
