Looking for a new assignment ? My client a Large Housing Association have an immediate requirement for a Technical Repairs Surveyor :- Damp and Mould Inspections
Patch covered :
Warwickshire , carrying out Building Inspections, able to attend properties and diagnose repairs linked to Damp and Mould.
Initially a 3/4 month assignment with a view to extending dealing with number of Damp, Mould and condensation cases.
Rate is 29.84 to 32.00 Umbrella.
45 p mileage rate paid from home.
Home based , but expect 3-4 days of inspections.
