- Facilitate the smooth execution of business processes in a Customer Services Back Office setting.
- Support the Invoicing Team with tasks such as creating, downloading, and outsourcing customer invoices.
- Handle customer requests related to purchase orders and copy invoices.
- Ensure timely and accurate creation and amendments of customer accounts in the ERP system.
- Monitor multiple customer services inboxes and address a wide range of queries.
- Perform administrative tasks in a target-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly.
- Logical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets.
- Experience working with Google and Microsoft applications, including Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
