Join this Reed Client's team as a Business Support Assistant and play a crucial role in facilitating strong working relationships and ensuring the continued success of our operations. This position is ideal for someone who values first-class customer service and is skilled in handling a variety of administrative tasks.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Raising and processing orders and conducting a range of scheduled and reactive administrative tasks including data input, invoicing, letter writing, and managing multiple mailboxes.
  • Supporting the procurement and ordering of site materials, processing purchase order numbers, and handling queries from clients/customers.
  • Collating monthly van cost allocations and inputting operative hours worked on a weekly basis from timesheets to our system.
  • Addressing invoice queries from the purchase ledger team.
  • Managing workbooks, diaries, and producing site packs for planned works.
  • Providing reception cover on a rota basis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Some customer service-based administrative experience is preferred.
  • Ability to pick up systems including COINS and Sage
  • Good IT skills with proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and basic Excel.
  • A proactive and can-do attitude essential for a fast-paced, high-volume, reactive office environment.
  • Initiative-taking and adaptable approach to work.
