A highly reputable law firm based within Birmingham City Centre are seeking an Facilities Assistant/Receptionist, on a full time, permanent basis. If you have previous administrative experience, a real passion for providing excellent client services and within then this may be the role for you! The successful applicant will enjoy a salary of up to 25k!

Within this role, you will be a key point of contact for all staff within the business, you will work closely with the Estates Manager to support with all facilities operations. Your duties could include but are not limited to;

- Providing support to front of house, hospitality and reprographics where needed

- Liaising with building management and external contractors where needed

- New starter inductions

- Stock check, ordering supplies, invoicing

- Acting as a fire warding for the business

- Assisting on events, setting rooms up in preparation

- Any other ad hoc duties where needed

The successful applicant will have a great use of initiative, a passion about building great working relationships, excellent interpersonal skills and strong team ethic. If you have previous administrative experience this would be beneficial or if you come from a hospitality or events background and have a desire to take the next step within your career this may be for you.
