This is a new role supporting the PAs in the office so you will have exposure to all areas and to all different consultants and the diciplines that they work in. Its an autonomous role with your own workload. There will be variety but they need a can do team player who isnt afraid to roll their sleeves up. They need someone proactive and efficient who wants to get things done. You will be undertaking duties such as database management, reporting, document control, client liason scheduling travel. The team and the PAS are great and its very much a warm and welcoming set up. Make sure you understand what Berwick do as they will ask you!

An international and reputable organisation is seeking a Team Assistant to actively support the PAs and wider team. This is a unique opportunity for a graduate-level individual who is keen to join a well-established and high-profile business and to contribute to the promotion and growth of an exciting brand. This is a full time, permanent working hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.

You will be responsible for a wide array of support duties and must show a willingness to learn. As part of a strong team-working environment, you will be encouraged to suggest new ideas, think creatively and problem-solve in every task at hand.

The role will primarily involve extensive diary management, travel arrangements, inbox coordination and preparation of marketing materials. Alongside this you will be managing a high volume of documentation and confidential information, uploading files onto the databases and ensuring clients receive an excellent service. This is an all-round Team Support position, ideal for an individual who is effective at research, organization and time-management.

As a thriving, team environment, this role would suit an energetic and professional individual who enjoys new challenges. Ideally, you will have strong academics and will be able to demonstrate previous office experience.
