We have a fantastic opportunity for a Group Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team within Vistry Services, with flexibility for the role to be undertaken at anyone of our 26 regions. As our Group Sales and Marketing Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the central team from an administrative perspective.  The role will be varied and will include undertaking project work in support of both the sales and marketing disciplines within the central team as part of normal business practice and also projects as requested by the wider business.

    • Experience in a property sales and/or marketing role, preferably in a new homes environment
    • Obtain quotes for approval, process POs and manage invoice queries
    • Assist with updating sales and marketing resources on company intranet, including policies and best practice guidelines on BMS
    • Understanding of all functions within and connected to sales and marketing
    • Good knowledge and usage of CRM systems
    • Good understanding of effective communication with appreciation of the target audience and the ability to tailor content accordingly
    • Ability to plan, organize and prioritise workload
    • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Attention to detail and the ability to provide a quality presentation of information
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Desirable –

    • Understanding of industry standards and regulations including consumer code, NHQC, GDPR, ASA
    • Experience of supporting in the application of digital marketing, particularly with CMS content management and basic knowledge of SEO.
    • Foundational understanding of the marketing channel mix with a particular focus in digital marketing

    • Support changes to processes, policies and systems and new functionality in our CRM to comply with the NHQC and regulatory changes
    • Produce data on systems adoption and monitor customer journey milestones (Six Clicks reservation, Meet the Builder, Home Demo Inspection, Extras ordering, Handover) in line with company policy and the customer journey.
    • Assist with Keys testing, attend user groups and assist in running training sessions as required
    • Assist in audits of our developments on our retail websites
    • Support the Digital team with content updates across our retail websites
    • Assist with group sales and marketing reporting and communications, presentation preparation
