ThisLegal PA role is a key role and will support a senior partner based in Birmingham but with national clients. Your role is a key one - the Legal PA will be a confident and professional communicator who is able to lead projects, manage team activities and run the diary for this senior partner. The Legal PA will also take on the management of secretaries within the department and help the team continue to thrive.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Legal PA:

  • Manage the volume and quality of work undertaken by team secretaries
  • Manage diary and arrange meetings in a proactive manner
  • Draft and format key documents and letters to a high standard

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous team leading or management experience
  • Prior experience as a PA or similar role
  • Previous Legal experience is desirable in a PA, Secretarial or administrative role
  • Good technical knowledge - Word, Outlook, Teams, Case management systems
  • Happy to undertake occasional travel to support Partner
