An Office Assistant is sought to join a dynamic property management team in Edgbaston, Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone communications professionally.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including drafting and distributing tenant correspondence.
  • Provide reception support as needed, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Respond to lettings inquiries and coordinate property viewings.
  • Oversee email correspondence from platforms like Zoopla and Rightmove.
  • Address and resolve tenant queries promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain and update property, tenant, and maintenance records in the company database.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager and team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Initiate and monitor insurance claims in coordination with the company's broker.
  • Handle postal duties and ensure efficient office operations.

Required Experience

  • At least 1 year of clerical or administrative experience in an office environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and articulate demeanor.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a proactive approach.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - 8:45 am to 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch break)
