Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Programme.
  • Handle direct customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to confirm receipt of documents and request signature.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and programme activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Profile

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a programme or project environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience in engaging with suppliers and procurement teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior leadership.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Familiarity with ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) processes and terminology.
  • Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
