Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Programme.
- Handle direct customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to customers to confirm receipt of documents and request signature.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and programme activities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Profile
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a programme or project environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Experience in engaging with suppliers and procurement teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior leadership.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Familiarity with ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) processes and terminology.
- Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
