A well reputable boutique financial services firm based in Birmingham City Centre are seeking a diligent PA & Office Manager, on a full time, permanent basis. If you have previous experience working as a PA, EA or Office Manager, preferably within a professional services setting, this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will enjoy a primarily office based role, working 1 day from home, with a salary of up to 42k!

You will enjoy a varied role, you be primarily responsible for supporting four partners within the firm, as well as office management duties. Your role could include but would not be limited to;

- Proactive diary management, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, processing expenses

- Booking meeting rooms, arranging lunches, setting up meeting rooms

- liaising with clients and stakeholders

- Typing of documents

- Upkeeping the reception and office spaces

- Liaising with facilities and contractors

- Authorizing invoices

- Arranging events

The successful candidate will have a solid background working as a PA, EA, or office manager, preferably within a professional services environment. You will be a flexible, proactive individual with excellent communication and IT skills, if this sounds like you, please apply online today!
