Project Administrator (Temporary) - Birmingham Events Space

We are seeking a Project Administrator for a 2 to 3-month contract to support the site-based team at a Birmingham Events Space. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a construction environment and is looking for a temporary role with immediate impact.

Responsibilities include:

- Maintaining and updating drawings and specification packs for sub-contractors

- Overseeing the site office, ensuring it is clean and organised

- Tracking deliveries, both at the storage warehouse and on-site

- Maintaining health and safety records

- Monitoring resources on site, ensuring team members have necessary tools and equipment

- Providing general administrative support to the team (approx. 12 members), including printing, filing, running errands, and liaising with the London office

Requirements:

- Comfortable working within a construction environment (5-point PPE required)

- Excellent communication skills and a team player

- Flexible and willing to take on various tasks to support the team

- Proficient in MS Office, including SharePoint

- Highly organised and able to remain calm under pressure

Start Date: ASAP Ideally Monday

Location: Birmingham

Pay: £12 to £18 per hour DOB
