SF Recruitment are working with a company based in Solihull who are looking for a temporary administrator to join the team until the end of the year
Must have advanced Excel skills - This is essential

Role:

- Using system to update Show Ready stock and price lists when required. Complete data for each show, ensuring correct information is utilised and updated promptly. Work closely with the Business Process Manager to report any issues.
- Collaborate with our service centre to ensure lists are updated and checked.
- Raise and receipt POS and invoices on Sage
- Create and update the list for each show, assisting with delivery preparation.
- Create and process credit application, new supplier forms and IR35 / Liability Insurance when required.
- Order materials for Graphics Production and Show Ready stands (including stationery).
- Process timesheets
- Assist the wider Planning team where necessary with holiday/absence cover.
- Liaise closely with stakeholders throughout the business, including the Commercial and Financial teams and the Service Centre.
