You will be working for an internationally-renowned manufacturer with over 150 years expertise within the sporting and luxury industry. They operate from a modern facility with a close-knit and skilled team.
In this Monday - Friday days based position, you will be managing a fully-equipped and well invested workshop. You will oversee a team of CNC machinists ensuring quality, continuous improvement and efficient manufacturing.
This role would suit an experienced Machinist looking to step up into a Senior management role where you will build and develop your own team and processes through autonomy and flexibility.
The Role.
- Monday-Friday (8am - 5pm / 1pm Finish Friday).
- Workshop based role.
- Management of CNC / Machinist team.
- Oversee quality, continuous improvement, manufacturing processes.
The Candidate.
- CNC Miller / Turner / Programmer / Machinist.
- Senior, Team Leader, Manager, Lead, Supervisor.
- Commutable to central Birmingham.
