Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day repairs and maintenance operations within social housing properties.
- Manage voids, ensuring quick turnaround times to bring properties back into use.
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and ensure targets are met for repairs and maintenance.
- Work closely with housing officers and tenants to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
