About the opportunity:
We are seeking an individual to perform the following:
- Report to the site manager to assist on the management of the site.
- Ensure the project adheres to the schedule and complies with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance.
- Manage and motivate the site team and subcontractors.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship to ensure it meets the project specifications and standards.
- Conduct weekly progress and health and safety meetings.
- Maintain detailed records.
About the benefits and rewards:
The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to 42k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.
About the requirements:
- Proven experience in site delivery, overseeing projects from start to finish.
- SMSTS certification required.
- NVQ Residential Construction Site Supervision L4
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above along with industry requirements.
- CSCS certification required.
- First Aid
- Strong leadership skills.
