Due to continued expansion, my client is looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team. This company operate globally and are a leading supplier to several markets including Agricultural, Automotive and Construction.
This is the key role for the company's engineering division and will see you working alongside various different departments. The position will be varied so the successful candidate will need to be open to receiving training on various different aspects of the role. You will be involved with projects across the whole manufacturing process - think NPD, production processes, quality etc.

The Role:

* Experience in an assembly, engineering or manufacturing environment
* Commutable to Birmingham
