- Preparation of monthly production plans
- Monitor performance versus production plans
- Supervision of production performance
- Calculation of appropriate stock holding levels
- Work closely with HR to support the training, development, and appraisal of production-based supervision
- Provide assistance to production-based supervision in optimising performance
- Identify, champion and execute improvement opportunities
- Support supply chain management
- Liaise with the Sales function to support KPIs in respect of service delivery
- ERP Super-user
- Participate in new employee inductions and training
- Support effective H&S practices
- Degree qualified with a minimum 2:1 in any subject
- Minimum Grade A / 7 in GCSE English
- Minimum Grade A / 7 in GCSE Maths
- Strong Excel Skills – ability to create spreadsheets, input formulae, reference cells, pivot tables, conditional formatting etc as well as an ability to learn new functions and implement
- Work Experience – any part or full-time experience for at least three consecutive months
