Our client are a global organisation looking for a dynamic Maintenance Lead to drive performance in a fast paced, Operationally Excellent Maintenance Engineering team.

Role & Responsibilities

Reporting to the site Operations Manager this role is responsible for owning and managing the operational maintenance, equipment reliability and related processes. Responsible for driving standards of safe working, execution, accuracy, and behaviours of the maintenance team. The role expectation will be one that demonstrates a very hands-on, leadership approach with a safety and continuous improvementmindset.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Degree educated Mechanical, electrical, or lean manufacturing Engineering.
  • Apprenticeship or University / College background in Maintenance.
  • Experience of Computer based Maintenance systems.
  • Background knowledge & experience within a fast-moving manufacturing organisation

Ideal candidates will have :-

  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications.
  • Project management certification.
  • Proven experience in Reliability & Process Engineering roles.
  • Experience of TPM systems.
