This is a great opportunity for an experienced managerial professional to join a growing construction company who work on a variety of interesting projects in the commercial sector, where you will have consistent long-term work and the opportunity to progress to and work alongside the Director.

This growing construction company specialise in the construction of commercial projects in and around the Midlands. With the majority of their projects being new build projects, ranging from healthcare to student accommodation. With a strong focus on quality throughout the whole process has coincidentally found them solid success as of late and has resulted in a strong workbook for the next coming years. This is why they are looking to add to their long standing and dynamic work force with this exciting opportunity.

In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, including working directly alongside the director overseeing and managing the company's operations. You will also be liaising with clients and being the first point of contact for all new projects to get a good understanding of their needs. As well as being liaising with all in-house teams to ensure sites are running smoothly and to help solve any problems as they arise. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be getting an understanding of the company performance and progress so you can conduct monthly progress meetings to ensure effective communication within the team.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with experience leading a construction team, so you are able to offer support and improve company operations successfully, who also holds a full UK driver's license, so you are able to travel to sites across Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager to join a growing construction company where you will be working on a consistent number of interesting projects, all whist having the opportunity for further technical development and the opportunity to progress and work alongside the Director.

• Experienced managerial professional
• Strong construction experience
• Experienced in managing a team and multiple projects at once
• Commutable distance to their office in Birmingham
• Full UK drivers license
