- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects.

Profile
A successful Operations Manager should have:
- A degree in Construction Management or time served within a related field.
- Be capable of overseeing large-scale construction projects.
- Great ability to manage large teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and quality standards.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary of between 67,500 and 82,500 per annum, plus a car allowance and a bonus potential of up to 20%.
