To ensure the preparation, processing, finishing, repair and dispatch of all garments, mats, cabinet towels and other items to required standards as laid down in BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 / 14001 ISO 14065 Local Working Instructions and Company Operations Manual
To provide ongoing training for all staff from start of service and throughout their employment and regularly review their training and development
To enforce and carry out all tasks to comply with Company Policy on Health & Safety and COSHH requirements
To fully utilise the ABS computer system, and other relevant software as appropriate

To achieve targets and keep all costs to or below budget and to keep accurate records where required
