They will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of the production department, ensuring that key business deliverables are met and exceeded. Your responsibilities will include overseeing production performance, cost management, and the introduction of new processes to enhance efficiency. You will be accountable for delivering Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets across the department, and you will lead dedicated continuous improvement initiatives to realise the department's full potential.The PersonAs an experienced and proven Production / Manufacturing operations professional, you will have knowledge of metals-based manufacturing and assembly operations including; CNC Machining, Milling, turning and detailed product assembly.
