Happy to disclose)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am until 4:30 pm Our client is a world-leading manufacturer based in the Birmingham area and is currently recruiting for a Reliability Manager to join their team permanently.As the Reliability Manager, you will lead and develop the Reliability Team, ensuring effective communications exist with other key stakeholders throughout the leadership team. You will also be responsible for managing the Site Reliability Program, ensuring all preventative maintenance strategies are tailored to the site requirements. Responsibilities:- Manage the Site Reliability Program, aligning the Preventative Maintenance Strategy with site requirements- Lead and develop the Reliability Team, promoting cross-functional collaboration and continuous learning- Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders, including Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Financial, and Materials Management groups- Drive best practices in modern maintenance techniques and uptime performance- Train the engineering team on reliability tools and techniques- Develop and maintain a Departmental safety action plan, promoting a safe working environment for all employees- Participate in basic FMEA analysis and develop introductory training- Streamline the CMMS system, ensuring a balance between work order generation and administration- Control and manage the Reliability budget, ensuring spend aligns with agreed budgetary targetsWhat we are looking for:- Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering- Mechanical Engineering experience within a heavy engineering manufacturing environment- Able to demonstrate strategic thinking to improve manufacturing reliability- Proven leader and capable of developing a team- Experience of Reliability Centred Maintenance- Key and effective communicatorThey are looking to hold interviews soon so apply today!At KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit.
