Senior Site Manager Main Contractor Residential

Permanent: Up to £75,000+ Package

Based: Birmingham

We are currently searching for a Senior Site Manager for an exciting scheme in the heart of Birmingham. This scheme will provide over 500 new homes across 6 mid to high-rise blocks and has a build value of £80m.

This company specialises in modular construction so the units themselves will be prefabricated off-site and lifted into place. This role will pay particular attention to the external works on the scheme which key packages being:

Cladding/Faade
Fenestration
Balconies
Roof
Hard/soft landscaping

Focus will then shift to the internals.

Duties:

Experience working on residential projects is essential.
Strong organisation and managerial skills
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
High attention to detail for quality and safety assurance.
You must hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Certificates.
