Senior Site Manager - Tier 1 Contractor - Birmingham
Senior Site Manager - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Site Manager to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to work on major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £100m.

They are also partners on several frameworks including Constructing West Midlands, MOJ, P22 / P23+. Department for Education and the University of Birmingham, and as such have a pipeline of £3bn over the next 5 years and a full order book for 2025 / 2026.
The initial project is a £23m four storey building in Birmingham, which will house offices and laboratories.
Requirements:
- Experience delivering D&B projects as a Senior Site Manager
- Hold a professional qualification HNC, ONC or equivalent
- Experience managing construction sub-contractors
- Understanding of different contracts e.g. NEC, JCT
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid / Fire Marshal
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage operations on site to ensure work is completed safely
- Ensure works are being delivered to programme
- Manage sub-contractors and specialist trades
- Ensure site records are maintained

The Package:
- Great basic salary of £60,000 - £65,000
- Company car or allowance (£6,450)
- Performance related bonus (10%)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Senior Site Manager to deliver D&B projects of £10m+.
