Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to oversee a prestigious high-rise residential project in Birmingham? We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to work in Birmingham with a 4 billion turnover business, as a Site Manager for a landmark development of 500 apartments, valued at 150 million. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the skyline of Birmingham while working with a dynamic and innovative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the high-rise residential scheme, ensuring it meets quality, safety, and project timeline requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on the site.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure adherence to architectural plans and specifications.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain regular communication and reporting with senior management, providing updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, consultants, and local authorities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably with a focus on high-rise residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and best practices.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
