Duties

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the site
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve site goals and objectives
• Supervise and provide guidance to site staff, including training and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Provide comprehensive reports to the Project Manager
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise at the site
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards
