The Role
As the Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing site operations to ensure the successful delivery of this 5-storey, purpose-built accommodation scheme. Your main duties will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the site to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Managing subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Driving progress on-site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively resolving on-site challenges to keep the project on track.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of delivering projects as a Site Manager, ideally within the student accommodation, residential, or commercial sectors.
- A strong understanding of construction methods, health and safety standards, and current building regulations.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors and inspire your team to perform at their best.
- Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.
