Salary: 50,000-60,000 + 6,000 Car Allowance + Package

Are you a driven and experienced Site Manager looking to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Main Contractor for an exciting new opportunity to manage the construction of a 15m student accommodation scheme in the heart of Birmingham.

As the Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing site operations to ensure the successful delivery of this 5-storey, purpose-built accommodation scheme. Your main duties will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the site to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Managing subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Driving progress on-site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively resolving on-site challenges to keep the project on track.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A proven track record of delivering projects as a Site Manager, ideally within the student accommodation, residential, or commercial sectors.
• A strong understanding of construction methods, health and safety standards, and current building regulations.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors and inspire your team to perform at their best.
• Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.
