Weare looking for an experiencedSiteManagerto work on a high profile & prestiguosprojectin Birmingham.
Experience in the Building,Refurb & M&E sectors would be highly advantageous for this position. As aSiteManager, you will work closely with the Sub Contractors, Project Manager & Contracts Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage dailysiteoperations, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead and coordinate all on-siteactivities, including supervision of subcontractors and trades.
- Ensure compliance with all health &safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Maintain clear and effective communication between thesiteand office teams.
- Monitor progress and quality control throughout all phases of construction.
- Managesiteresources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with contractual specifications and standards.
- Proactively identify potential issues and resolve them to avoid delays or additional costs.
