You will work closely with the senior management team to support sales, contracting, and service/maintenance efforts. • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering/design roles.
• Proficiency in Office 365 apps, AutoCAD, and relevant industry software (Hevacomp, IES, etc.)
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Experience with Revit and AHU Design/Manufacturing.
• Thorough understanding of refrigeration technologies and BMS systems.

The Role:

• Manage and mentor the Design and Engineering teams.
• Support senior management in sales, contracting, and service operations.
• Lead product development by applying your thorough understanding of industry technologies.
• Ensure the business offering remains innovative and competitive.
