We are seeking a proactive Digital Account Manager to join my clients dynamic team. This role involves running campaigns across Paid Social, Display, and PPC, with opportunities to learn on the job. The ideal candidate will manage digital campaigns from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and profitability while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Run and schedule campaigns across various digital platforms, including Paid Social, Display, and PPC.
  • Occasionally write ad copy for Paid Social or PPC campaigns.
  • Perform quality assurance and optimise digital campaigns to improve efficiencies.
  • Manage campaign budgets and external digital partners for outsourced campaigns.
  • Stay updated with new media opportunities across digital platforms.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients at all levels.
  • Manage existing client campaigns across all media channels, devising plans and strategies.
  • Liaise with Account and Delivery Executives to ensure all account administration is up-to-date.
  • Lead projects, managing the direction of work and ensuring the team stays on schedule and on-brief.
  • Manage the profitability of accounts and identify areas for client growth.
  • Present confidently and communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and utilise planning and research tools to justify media plans.
  • Manage client expectations and solve any arising problems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience using Paid Social and/or Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and understanding of tracking and pixel implementation.
  • Analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and forward-thinking approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence in presenting and mentoring younger team members.
  • Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
