Job Description:We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a team player who takes ownership of their responsibilities and is committed to driving digital growth. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and execution skills to enhance our online presence, engage customers, and drive business growth.About the Company:Our client is the UK’s largest distributor to convenience retailers, based in the heart of Birmingham in a new office on Bennetts Hill, minutes from transport links.Key Responsibilities:Website Management:? Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience and website functionality for both B2B & B2C platforms.? Work on new launches as well as regularly update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing to maintain accuracy and relevance.? Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any technical issues in collaboration with the development team.SEO Optimisation:? Work closely with the SEO team to optimise website content for improved organic search rankings and increased traffic.? Make necessary updates to collection pages, meta descriptions, titles, filters, and other website elements to enhance visibility.Email Marketing:? Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for new products, special offers, and promotions.? Manage the customer email database, ensuring accurate segmentation for personalised email content.? Analyse email marketing performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and refine strategies for improved outcomes.Social Media Management:? Develop and implement a social media strategy to boost brand visibility and engagement on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.? Run paid ads across all Meta platforms? Create and schedule engaging content, including promotions, contests, and collaborations, to attract and retain followers.? Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.Campaign Management:? Plan and execute paid and partnership media campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.? Work with the paid marketing teams on WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns to enhance audience engagement.? Develop a structured marketing calendar to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns.Stakeholder Management:? Collaborate with internal teams, including design, marketing, purchasing, and sales, to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.? Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and partners to optimise marketing initiatives.Key Requirements:? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.? 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role.? Strong understanding of website management, SEO, social media, and email marketing.? Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms. Experience with any CMS system is a must.? Experience with loyalty programmes and customer retention strategies is a plus (not mandatory).
