Solution Search is assisting a Tier 1 M&E Contractor in London who requires 2 M&E Commercial Managers for a large commercial office shell & core project.
Candidates should have 10+ years of experience managing projects commercially.
The role involves leading a team of 3 surveyors and the project is expected to run until early 2027.
The salary for this position ranges from £100,000 to £125,000 plus a package, depending on experience.
Only UK applicants are considered for this immediate start position, and candidates must currently be working within M&E Building Services Contracting.

They require anexceptional 2 x M&E Commercial Managerfor largecommercial offices shell & core project based in the city.

My client is looking for someone with 10+ years managing projects commercially.

This person will be leading a team of 3 surveyors and the project runs through to early 2027.
